Design
The cleaning pipeline starts with the design of a space (how a showerhead is shaped, whether a facuet is too close to a wall, and whether a toilet's piping is exposed, can all make your service take more time). You may also set up a consultation with us during your remodeling or moving stage, so we can help advise you on materials, electrical outlet placement, and more so you can set yourself up for success! We know that those who design spaces are not the same people who clean them, so we're here to help with any stage of your cleaning process.

LIVING WAGES
Employees are a business's source of strength for maintaining the highest standards. We believe that if we take care of them, they will take care of you. Introductory cleaning techs at OCD start at $22/hour and are provided early on with growth plans outlining clear metrics and expectations for raises, promotions, and opportunities for commissions. Although they are allowed to accept tips, the company will never ask for them or pressure our clients to pay more than what's billed. Customers should not subsidize employee wages for us; that's our job!
PRICING: $75/labor hour
Labor hours means per-technician, and we have a $150 minimum. Pricing displayed applies to residential homes. Same-day services (or next-day, or holiday services) cost at least time-and-a-half at $112.50/hr.
Parking costs are only charged if they exceed $10. Furthermore, expenses we incur from illegal parking instructions by you, are charged, including tickets and tows.
Drive time outside of our service area (that exceeds 20 minutes one-way from our office) is billed at the full hourly rate, but we service everywhere. Distances fees can be split across neighbors in a referral vein.
